Today is Morehouse Gives: an important time leading up to Commencement and Alumni Weekend, when the Morehouse community rallies to invests in the next generation of scholars, helping them realize their dream of a Morehouse degree. For the next 1,867 minutes, (31 hours) we unite for one purpose - to give in support of Making Men of Consequence and helping to develop the next generation of visionary leaders.

In the words of President Mays, "I have only just a minute, only sixty seconds in it. Forced upon me, can't refuse it. Didn't seek it, didn't choose it. But it's up to me to use it. I must suffer if I abuse it. Just a tiny little minute, but eternity is in it."
Brothers, we have an ambitious goal of 30% alumni participation for this fiscal year. We are currently at 14%, so we need everyone to get in the game and participate with a gift today.
